Premier League 2022-23: Everything you need to know as new season starts

Nottingham Forest are back in the Premier League for the first time in 23 years, since being relegated in 1998-99.to get back, beating Huddersfield 1-0 at Wembley in May. No team has spent longer in the Championship before returning to the Premier League.
