EXCLUSIVE: 1996 Olympic gymnast Dominique Moceanu SLAMS USAG as she speaks out about abusive' coaches

The former Team USA gymnast, now 39, was 14 years old when she competed at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta, where she helped the team to its gold medal win. During the balance beam final, Moceanu, the youngest ever US gymnast to win Olympic gold, slipped and fell on her head while completing a tumbling skill. Sharing a video of the moment on social media, she revealed that she was 'left alone' after the fall and given 'no cervical spine exam' despite falling on her neck.
