Madonna is believed to have split from her 30 year old toyboy boyfriend Josh Popper after a year of dating, with the pair having not been seen together for months

The 65 year old Vogue singer and the 30 year old professional boxer, who were introduced by Madonna's son David Banda at a New York gym, have ended their relationship after just a year of dating.

The sportsman is believed to have stayed by Madonna's side while she was in ICU battling a severe bacterial infection last year. He also celebrated her birthday with her in Portugal last August and joined her on stage in Brooklyn in December. During her sound check, she was seen wearing a lime green latex hood over her face, which she later replaced with a black one.

After being admitted to intensive care for several days, she was forced her to postpone the tour, which had been due to begin in Canada in July.
