Love Island star and model Arabella Chi has catapulted into 2020 with positivity, a resolution to keep up with her incredible fitness regime and a new range with Boux Sport, featuring some seriously sought after gym wear.
Following the arrival of Boux Sport SS20, led by their ambassador Arabella, she told OK! online some of her top fitness tips to get bikini body ready in no time. How many times does she train? Arabella can often be seen posting videos of her intensive gym workouts, and the blonde beauty, who was introduced as a bombshell on Love Island’s 2019 series, admits to training a great deal within the week.
What does Arabella eat in her day-to-day life? Arabella said: “I’m quite lucky that I actually love eating healthily, and I don’t know if that’s because of modelling from such a young age that I’ve managed to just drill it into me but I would much prefer to have a healthily vegan brownie than a gooey disgusting chocolate brownie and that is not a lie.
Arabella admitted to wanting to stay on top of her fitness in 2020, as well as continuing to keep doing what she has been doing since leaving the villa.
