Love Island fans were left stunned on Tuesday's episode after Hugo Hammond told AJ Bunker that they would be "better off as friends" and encouraged her to pursue a romance with Danny Bibby instead.
“I thought that the more we got to get to know each other, the more time we spend together I might be able to figure out what it was but at the minute I just see that you and I are probably better off as friends on that front. After the chat, AJ then decided to speak to Danny where she recalled her conversation with Hugo and he said: "Me and you are the same in that we want to be like more touchy-feely, it’s good, it’s fun."
As AJ agreed that she would enjoy the possibility of finding something with Danny, he popped one final cheeky question relating to a kiss they shared in a game on yesterday's challenge.To which she responded: “It was alright, yeah” as Danny quickly queried: “You want to do it again?"
