It’s so easy for Haringey to solve this. Produce a special name sign “Black Boy Lane, Nickname of King Charles II“ and including a portrait of the black boy. The nickname is very well attested. He resembled his Italian grandmother: black hair, Latin complexion, dark brown eyes.
What did this feckless Council expect?
It was here before the Black Lives Matter? Do you want to erase history, this is the UK if your not happy or cannot live with the UKs wording, maybe you should move
