That's the thing: cell phones are already exemplary game streaming devices, and a wide range of controllers to turn them into more fitting gaming controllers are available today, such as the Razer Kishi. And one of the biggest benefits to using a cell phone for game streaming is that most of us already have one.
So I do hope Logitech G and Tencent's device has something special about it to make it more than a straight swap for a mobile phone. A bigger screen, a bigger battery, a better control scheme—I'd suspect these features to be the deciding factors in whether you stick with a phone or pick up Logi's bespoke cloud gaming device.
Either way, I'm keen to hear more about this mystery device. Logitech G usually builds a sleek peripheral, so I'm hoping the same will be true of its cloud gaming device.Jacob earned his first byline writing for his own tech blog from his hometown in Wales in 2017. From there, he graduated to professionally breaking things as hardware writer at PCGamesN, where he would later win command of the kit cupboard as hardware editor.

Logitech can't even fix Streamlabs fake reviews. You think they can do a reliable cloud gaming device lmao.
Tencent No thanks
Because it's Tencent, I was nothing to do with this crap.
Is Logitech doing bad or some shit, because teaming up with tencent is a dead sentence
NOBODY WITH A BRAIN CARES ABOUT CLOUD GAMING! Replace 'Bruno' with Cloud Gaming
Because TenCent is involved, this scream bad written all over it. I believe Logitech can deliver a quality product, but they partnered with a very bad company thats known for security breaches, selling user data and spying. TenCent is partnered with Epic Games and others.
The whole argument that phones etc stream games... Thing is there's a lot of people out there that want a handheld device that is dedicated to gaming only. Sure my phone can do it all, however I hate having to take my case off to fit it into my Razer Kishi. 1st World problems IK.
This seems like a useless device. Most low performance phones are enough to stream games. They literally announced a weak handheld that doesn't have the performance to execute games itself.
dudes phone already exist , get that controller on it and you are done.
but will it be as good as stadia…
another dead on arrival business these companies can't understand the fact that only 20% in the world have the right equipments for cloud gaming such as low ping time and input delay. cloud gaming is exclusive for rich first world countries with god-like fiber internet
̶l̶o̶g̶i̶t̶e̶c̶h̶
Ten cent
I'm 100% not the target audience for streaming so I don't know really... Has the concept actually gained any real traction? PSNow, XCloud, Stadia etc., do they have meaningful userbases beyond 'yeah I used it that one time'.
