IRELAND is going into a second lockdown in a bid to get a grip on the spread of coronavirus - but should Boris Johnson do the same in the UK?

Irish premier Micheal Martin announced the measures in an address to the nation from Government Buildings in Dublin on Monday evening“As Taoiseach, I am asking everyone again to take this threat seriously."
