LIVE: Police 'swarm' Oldham road with cordon in place

A witness at the scene on Thursday evening said police officers have 'swarmed' around roads near to Alexandra Park in the Glodwick area of the town.Orme Street and Minton Street - off Park Road through Glodwick - are said to have been cordoned off by Greater Manchester Police officers.

The nature of what has exactly happened isn't known as yet. Images from the scene show police tape across one road with officers stood manning a cordon at either end.
