Assume he only wanted to get married to further his career and squash any rumours he was gay. Feel desperately sorry for his wife who's wasted a large junk of her life being with a man who would never truly love her in the way she would of wanted.

Charhodgson It is deceptive. Gays are a modern creation. Capitalism. Homosexual behavior always existed, but ppl weren't trapped in that sexuality & were expected to marry, produce a family, etc. To care about family, community, etc. Now we have a very self- centered, individualist society.

I am surprised that anyone else is surprised that he is gay ... It was kind of obvious that something was off about him and that he was not straight ... I have been watching him on TV for 30 years and could tell something was not right. How his wife could not tell puzzles me
