Liam Hemsworth was almost cast as The Witcher’s Geralt in 2018

for the fourth season of Netflix's The Witcher adaptation.Eurogamer Newscast: Who will buy PlayStation VR2?, Hemsworth was actually a frontrunner for the part before the role ultimately went to Cavill.

This was all reportedly done during the latter part of summer 2022, during season three's production. If this petition makes it to 150,000 signatures, it will become one of the top signed petitions on Change.org.

The storyline and writing in season 2 is crap. The only thing that made it bearable was Henry Cavill as Geralt.

if Witcher was made by HBO, Cavill would have been the perfect choice. but this isnt HBO. The witcher now almost like a parody of a fantasy series. So in that case, for sure get Liam. Cavill thinks he is still in Showtime's Tudors. So he expects excellence. he isnt getting any.

So was I, but I've never seen that mentioned in any news article. Talk about media bias.

Ppl should stop crying. Liam us awesome aswell.. But I get it. Change is scary.
