Bet he didn’t queue for nearly two hours like we had to on Saturday at Gatwick to fly on BA to Toronto. Absolutely chaos. Then to lose at least 30 people’s baggage on arrival, including my Son’s was a disgrace. Three days later it has arrived with us, thank goodness.
