Brexit argument that losses in trade with the EU would be more than compensated with the wider world was always a nations will want to build on existing relationships; they won’t be falling over themselves to negotiate untried trade deals with the UK.

How many referendums and elections have to be lost for it to finally sink in for the 'remain' crowd?

Hate to tell you but I think this Pandemic has put trade deals on the back burner.

So much for EU surviving!
