Croydon is part of London?

Yes I have....And this is the view out my window, but I live Croydon, Victoria, Australia..and not the crappy, crowded, dirty, high rise version, whose only good thing is the high speed train down to Brighton and the South Coast...

One step in Croydon and you be in a bodybag the next.

Really super funny and clever joke tweets aside (well done all) I've spent a lot of time in Croydon this year when I need to work in London and I've grown to like it. Loads of great food and some nice parks.

Not a bad area to get on the property ladder but you have to be quick. Train services to Central London are frequent and quick from East Croydon, South Croydon has decent residential areas. A bit chavy and some stabbings but never had a problem.

I'd rather squash my nuts with a vice

I live there. Abandoned mattresses and crappy chicken shops as far as the eye can see. Move to Carshalton instead, it's lovely.

I went to Croydon once and someone set me on fire. Now I go back there twice a week looking for a similar rush to fill that fire sized hole but alas nothing yet.

One of the most violent scarey places I've ever worked in...... Stay away from Croydon.
