Embracing the good life with sustainable eating We started to order food from the local store for curbside pickup. We went online and bought a freezer. Bought a food vacuum sealer and ordered bulk orders from our favourite butcher and fish monger. Started to stock up on other staples. We have canned and vacuum stored fruit too.Our biggest change has been switching from supermarket shopping to the local shops.

I have tried my hand a growing some veg. Not much success apart from tomatoes which I am drowning under. Some onions too, small but blew my head off. I think I know some of the stuff I've done wrong so I will give it another go next year.

well, i THOUGHT about gardening....
My achievement may be minor...But picked up 5 unique wild seeds off the local library-part of a huge Danish agenda to replace lawns with wild flowers, giving room for insects-butterflies etc.. Planted 1 on the altan-the other four around town here.. Got to get lo cm down..
