The unit for a large Watford town centre store has gone on the market for a new business to move in. DEBRA Charity Furniture & Electrical's unit in Queens Road spans 4,325-square-feet, around the size of one and a half tennis courts. A brochure for the leasehold was shared by estate agent Perry Holt this morning (March 25) with a new lease at £50,000 per year to be agreed, with regular rent reviews, when a tenant is found to take over.
It described the unit as a retail premises “in a very prominent location, currently configured as open plan retail with loading and storage area to the rear”.
