Labour could resurrect Theresa May’s Brexit deal and pit it against remaining in the European Union in a second referendum, John McDonnell has signalled.

Well, there weren't gonna be a better deal than what TM provided, so I'm not surprised those are the two options. I rather stick with remain and have the ability to change EU than go on a deal and have no ability to change. Screw no deal, I have no interest in 'sovereignty'.

That would be an admission that they have just been playing party politics by not voting for it before. They promised to respect the referendum result.

This is like a never ending nightmare! So knowing that the TM deal has been voted down 3 times ( by Labour also ), you plan to give the electorate no choice to leave the E.U. in a 2nd referendum , ignoring the 17.4m in the 1st one ! I hope Labour gets wiped out at the next GE !

So they’d offer a deal they voted against or remain. Which is the same. Same old Labour, devoid of any substance.

No no one wants it and labour voted time and time again to kill it...as did the Lib dementeds ...

But they won’t as they won’t be in government to do it, plus they have no idea of what is about to happen and the fact there will be no second referendum.
