The rich usually, and better distribution of Government money. And we'll pay a greater price if we don't get some serious movement on climate change very very soon.

Oh for crying out loud, the answers are obvious. Tories won’t even give the gifts but will still take the tax money, and Labour will simply make super-rich tax dodgers pay their fair way. So simple that if you don’t get it you’re probably brain dead.
