Vincent Kompany is reportedly ready to raid former club Manchester City in a bid to lure Bernardo Silva to Bayern Munich.
Earlier this week, though, Bayern started the rebuilding process by agreeing a £60m deal with Crystal Palace for forward Michael Olise. However, it appears that Kompany and Co have now got their eyes on City midfielder Silva, who is reported to have a £50m release clause in his current deal at the Etihad.
According to the Daily Star, Bayern are "set to trigger" Silva's release clause this summer but are "unlikely" to be the only European side eyeing a move for the midfielder, who scored in Portugal's 3-0 win over Turkey on Saturday.
