The Queen's wreath would feature around 90 poppies. She only missed the ceremony a few times during her 70-year-reign, with the ceremony said to be a key event in her calendar. It has been reported however that she will not be laying the wreath herself, with an equerry to fulfil that role as she watches the ceremony from the Foreign Office balcony.

A joint wreath from the Prince and Princess of Wales William and Kate will also be laid at the Cenotaph, with the ribbon on theirs reportedly in the colour "Wales red".
