Kim Kardashian West welcomes 'perfect' son into the world

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian West and her musician husband Kanye West have welcomed their"perfect" fourth child into the world.In a tweet, 38-year-old Kardashian West wrote of her son:"He's here and he's perfect!"He’s also Chicago’s twin lol I’m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her ✨The celebrity couple's third child, a girl called Chicago, was also born via a surrogate, in January last year.

Referring to their latest addition, the star added:"He's also Chicago's twin lol I'm sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her."Kardashian West, who features in family reality TV show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, has two other children with her 41-year-old rapper partner - five-year-old daughter North, and son Saint, who is three.

The star opted to use surrogates for her two youngest children after she experienced complications during her first two pregnancies, leading to health concerns.
