The 23-year-old has signed a new one-year deal with the club

Kilmarnock have bolstered their attacking options ahead of the new campaign after Innes Cameron agreed to extend his stay at the Rugby Park side.

The academy graduate, who made his debut nearly eight years ago, has put pen to paper on a one-year extension that will keep him at the club until the end of the 2024/25 campaign. More than half of the 23-year-old's 21 starts in Killie colours have been in the League Cup, and he played just 202 minutes across the league campaign this term - netting his only goal in a 1-0 over Motherwell in November.

Cameron joins skipper Kyle Vassell as attackers signed up for the new season - which will include European fixtures following their fourth place. Top scorer Marley Watkins continues to be in discussions over a new deal, as does Greg Stewart. Former Livingston striker Bruce Anderson is on the club's radar as well. The 25-year-old has experience of working under Derek McInnes at Aberdeen and was the Lions' top scorer in each of his three seasons in West Lothian.
