KEVIN Hart is being sued for £48million by a model who claims she was “secretly recorded” in a 2017 sex tape with the comedian.
In a new lawsuit, Montia accused Hart of “conspiring” with a friend - Jonathan “JT” Jackson – to film their romp to generate publicity. The three-minute long video, which shows the model naked from the waist down, was posted online in September 2017. Hart was forced to make a grovelling public apology on Instagram to his pregnant wife Eniko and two children, confessing to a “bad error of judgment”.Montia previously denied she was involved in any kind of blackmail plot, saying she had “no idea” she was being filmed.
