Rio Ferdinand’s new wife Kate Wright has revealed the gruelling workout she underwent the morning of her wedding day.
She then told her one million Instagram followers in the caption: “Lots of people asking did I train the morning of the wedding .... of course I bloody DID. Kate’s workout post comes hours after she posted a stunning bikini snap of herself, showing off her enviable figure. Speaking about the nightmare moment, Kate said: “I had been having a dress made since January but it all went wrong and it just wasn’t made right. A week before we flew to Turkey, I still didn’t have a dress. it was a total nightmare and I was stressed!
She teamed it with a floor length veil and simple jewellery, letting the dress do all the talking. Kate wore her hair down and kept her makeup minimal, showing off her natural beauty as she wed the man of her dreams in the Turkish sunshine.
