Kate Garraway reveals husband Derek almost died six times after organs failed

KATE Garraway has revealed husband Derek Draper has almost died six times after his organs failed amid his coronavirus battle.

She told Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid: "A doctor who has treated him in two hospitals said 'he’s as sick as anyone I’ve ever seen in 35 years of medicine'.Earlier this week Kate said her husband has lost a "huge amount of weight" during his battle with coronavirus.said he looked "so different" when she saw him during an iPad video call after nurses were forced to shave his face because his beard grew too big.
