Justin Bieber stepped out in very low-slung Balenciaga sweatpants and a hoodie while grabbing lunch on Wednesday.The boots are part of musician Pharrell Williams ' first collection with the luxury brand.Justin was unshaven, wore a ball cap and talked on his phone as he walked across a parking lot to the restaurant just days after his surprise appearance at Coachella .

On Sunday night, Justin made a surpriser appearance onstage at Coachella in Indio, California during Tems' set. The performance comes nearly two years after his revelation that he was suffering temporary facial paralysis from Ramsay Hunt syndrome.
