Pirates of the Caribbean: The franchise that will never die

are what is prompting Disney to try and get Depp back on board.

This was followed by Dead Man’s Chest , At World’s End and On Stranger Tides .With Keira Knightley in Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End , as he is suing The Sun newspaper and its executive editor Dan Wootton over an article which alleged he had been abusive to Heard.

The star denies the allegations of domestic abuse and has accused his ex of being the ‘aggressor’ in their relationship, which ended in May 2016.After Amber wrote an op-ed in December 2018 for Washington Post alleging that she was a victim of domestic abuse, Johnny launched a $50million defamation lawsuit against the Danish Girl actress.

He claimed her ‘fabricated domestic violence allegations are categorically and demonstrably false’ and his lawyers argued it was an attempt to ‘smear’ his name.
