He made a decision to allow parliament to have an important vote . What’s wrong with that ? He hasn’t imposed a decision on anyone . Anyone unhappy about that is probably unhappy because they sensed it was going against what they wanted. What a shame .

Surely Parl't MUST remain sovereign, with The Crown's Ministers governing by Parliament's Will, established by the outcome of the Civil War and later affirmed. Was he not merely enforcing sovereignty by the only means at his disposal, to stop what many see as unconstitutional?
