President Biden spent Friday morning with his national security team being briefed by commanders. They advised him 'another terror attack in Kabul is likely,' said the White House. The warning came as the first victims of Thursday's bombing were identified. The meetings meant Biden was late in welcoming Israeli Prime Minister Naftali.
