‘It was a tough ordeal for him,’ JB told Christine Lampard, who was standing in for the titular host. ‘We were there for him.’
‘We didn’t know the ins and outs of everything that happened and you have to respect that,’ JB continued. ‘Thankfully he’s come out the other side and he’s in a good mental space, which is the biggest thing. Something like that has a profound effect on everything and obviously, professionally that’s really impacted him.’‘This is now a time to build,’ JB explained. ‘We’re here for him, encouraging him and whatever he decides to do next I’m sure will be a success.’
Oritse is best known for being one-quarter of JLS, who rose to fame on The X Factor in 2008, coming second on the fifth series.
