Jet2 announces 'once in a lifetime trips' from Liverpool Airport

The airline and its city break operator Jet2CityBreaks will operate a series of dedicated trips that are timed for those wanting to see the Northern Lights in Iceland. The programme will see the company operate three dedicated trips over the winter of 2025 and 2026.

Jet2 says the "flights are also perfectly timed for those wanting to witness the spectacular Northern Lights and experience the best of Iceland." Customers can pick from flight-only or package holiday options, with package options with Jet2CityBreaks available for a £60 per person deposit. About the destination, Jet2 says: "Thanks to its abundance of natural wonders and wide variety of sights to see, Iceland has continued to experience strong demand with customers and independent travel agents across the UK. From the world’s most northernmost capital, Reykjavik, to volcanic landscapes and the night skies featuring the spectacular Northern Lights, it is easy to see why Iceland is deemed a once-in-a-lifetime trip.
