Jet ski yobs riding recklessly face two years in prison under new laws to save lives at sea

will come into force on March 31 ahead of the busy summer season when the coastline will be full of jet skiers bombing the bay.

Maritime Minister Baroness Vere said: “The watercraft industry is thriving and it’s great to see more and more people enjoying leisure activities.“That’s why we’re introducing a new law to crack down on any dangerous misuse of watercraft like jet skis.
