The Labour leader has outlined a new policy to reverse cuts to 3,000 bus services by reaching into the £1.3billion raised from car tax. The moves is seen as another kick-in-the-teeth for drivers, Howard Cox, from Fair Fuel UK called the proposal “clueless” and said the money should also be used to improve “third world quality road infrastructure”.
