Ahmaud Arbery, 25, was jogging in Georgia on 23 February when he was allegedly shot by white ex-policeman Gregory McMichael, 64, and his son Travis, 34.
Horrifying video footage showed the McMichaels following Amaud in a truck because they believed he looked like a suspect in a series of break-ins in the area. The father and son allege that Ahmaud ‘violently attacked’ Travis when they tried to speak to him. The footage shows Travis firing shots after a struggle.Amid national outrage over the case, the social justice arm of Jay Z’s entertainment company Roc Nation have called for officials to take quick action.
