Nigella will do well on YouTube . She has a good head start, a decent looking kitchen but I am in agreement with you especially with internet connected fridges etc the immediacy of accessing content at the point of need could be compelling. There are many other platforms also.

We've been learning from you tube as long as I remember, she's even late.

You know that this has been happening for years, right? Did someone just work out how to use the internet? :0)
