Jada Pinkett Smith, 50, posted a cryptic message to Instagram two days after her husband Will Smith slapped Chris Rock on stage at the Oscars. 'This is a season for healing and I'm here for it,' the actress wrote on Tuesday. Their daughter, Willow, 21, posted to her Instagram story a message that read, 'You know who's going through a lot right now? Literally everyone. Just be kind'.
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences will discuss Will Smith's slap of Chris Rock at a full board meeting on Wednesday. Disciplinary action could include anything from forcing him to hand back his Oscar to the most severe, suspension from the Academy. Smith, 53, won his first Academy Award ever after a stunning on-stage meltdown. On Monday, he apologized for slapping Rock after the comedian joked about Smith's wife's shaved head at Sunday's Oscars.
