ITV insists Love Islanders are 'supported' amid backlash over Faye and Teddy

ITV has responded following fan backlash towards Love Island for airing the explosive row between Faye Winter and Teddy Soares this week.

The episode eventually ended with Faye telling Teddy they're over for good after insisting: "I know what I'm worth," before Teddy then slung her ring back to her. "I urge all to place a complaint to ofcom. This should never have aired and Faye should be removed #getfayeout #LoveIsland," one person wrote.

Maybe if they didn’t have Faye on the show then Teddy wouldn’t need to be “supported”
