Nottingham Forest supporters have mixed feelings about the future of the City Ground after reading what owner Evangelos Marinakis has said about a potential move to a new site in the future.

Richard Bullivant : It does seem like the plans to move away appear to be building more than a bit of bluster at the council. I recall in the 90's the club saying the stadium wasn't massively able to be made bigger due to houses nearby Whilst maranakis has put money in he is simply a custodian of the club and it isn’t solely his decision. It would be a tragedy to move from the location and deny us our part of our heritage.rorz: The City Ground wouldn’t be as it is now if we are to progress. The best option would be the Spurs approach, knock it down and start again on the same site in order to future proof. Not much good having a fantastic new Main Stand but the rest is outdated and limited scope to improve.
