Shouldn’t they have been liable and shouldn’t their insurance cover it? Yes I agree. Electronic currencies should not be allowed to commence until these issues are ironed out. Banks need to own up to responsibility of their weak internal security systems. Plus cash should not vanished as important for the older generation and low income families.
