The police watchdog is investigating after concern was raised by a video that appears to show a Metropolitan police officer beating a teenage suspect with a baton in the street.

Police hitting folk with their batons used to be commonplace. In fact I remember hearing of a Glasgow police who could knock you unconscious by throwing his baton at you if he had to chase someone.
Well, it is easy for people to judge but we need the full storey, not just a short clip. There is a reason he was handcuffed and the clip doesn't give us that information.
what is there to investigate? If you see the video you would agree that this officer needs to get sacked & prosecuted right now!
He probably deserved it.
