Khloe Kardashian and ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson are expecting their second child together, it has been confirmed. The pair, who are already parents to four year old daughter True, have been dating on and off for six years and are currently expecting another child via surrogate.

We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloé can focus on her family.Khloe and Tristan were first linked in the summer of 2016 after meeting through a mutual friend. However, the couple only went social media official when they posed together in coordinating Halloween costumes, with Khloe dressed as Marvel’s Storm superhero and Tristan as Black Panther.
Just months later, rumours began to circulate about the couple expecting their first child together. The news was eventually confirmed in December 2017 when the reality TV star shared a black and white snap of her beau cradling her growing bump. “My greatest dream realized!,” she wrote on Instagram. “We are having a baby!”
Ten months after welcoming True into the world, the couple reportedly split in February 2019 after Tristan was seen allegedly “getting close” to Kylie Jenner’s best friend Jordyn Woods. Despite splitting, the parents continued to co-parent their daughter together. However, in June 2021 the couple broke up again following more cheating rumours but rekindled their relationship in October. “We're good. We're actually in a really good place,” the TV personality said on an episode of The Kardashians. “We just got back together. He's been going to therapy a lot. There's just been a lot of effort on his part.”
