It can potentially happen everywhere once the lockdown measures are lifted and people think they can go back to usual behaviours “tomorrow” government’s scientific advisors should warn ...🙄

Cocoon the elderly and immune deficient, the rest of the population as you were while we work on a vaccine ... this is THE optimum way to deal with this , it satisfies ALL sides of the argument IMO
