In laws-how often can I get away with seeing them??

I just wanted to know how often everyone sees their in-laws? I appreciate everyone will be different due to distance etc but I’m interested to know.

I don’t think it helps that his parents are old and don’t like to do much. They refuse to meet in parks/national trusts etc and so we are therefore just sat in their house,with an energetic 3 year old I find it draining just being in. They have a park 10 minutes walk away and I said I was taking the kids there for abit and she moaned so much about how we only see them for 4 hours a week and now I was going to deprive them of some of that time too.

Interested to know peoples thoughts and if I’m being mean saying every other weekend? I’d love even longer than that but think this is the best I can hope for!Wow, you are so much nicer than me 🤣.
