I've always found reading a bit tricky, struggling to sit still and focus until the end of a book a quirk I'm sure many others will be familiar with. A recent switch from bookstores to one mobile app has changed all of that.
But recently, I've swapped paperbacks for audiobooks on Audible. Since I downloaded the app onto my phone, I think I've finished more books in six months than I have since I was 18 and studying English literature, reports Wales Online. Even without the current limited-time 99p deal, I'd still say its standard £7.99 price is worth it. Having used it, and actually enjoyed 'reading' for the first time in years, there are so many more reasons than just a good deal that make it worthwhile.
Plus, there's no time limit to finish, as the credits don't end. Podcasts are also included, and it's one area where you can find a lot of free content, along with a few books - so you don't have to worry about the £7.99 book credit running out quickly. I've been switching between Diary of a CEO and French and Saunders: Titting About - it's bonkers and sometimes quite random, but it's great if you just need a good laugh.
