The man has received a number of different penalties including bus lane fines but he claims he has not been anywhere near Hull in the past two years,He believes that he has been targeted by thieves who have stolen his license plates and claims there are slight differences between his vehicle and the cloned one.

While on the fine he appears driving across the bridge, he insists he has not been near the bridge in over a decade. He said: "On December 1, I received a fine for not paying the toll on the Humber Bridge. This was very odd as I haven't driven over the Humber Bridge in about 10 years. "I live in a village near Withernsea and for the past two years have restricted myself to just visiting Withernsea.
