it is a good way to distract and keep busy and you also have a tidy house I think this is good for kids to learn this to be clean tidy and organized but you can't do it all day long because it will weaken your spirit, so always make time for relaxing activity as well.

I think people are getting more educated to OCD that it's not just about cleaning & straight lines! But making cleaning part of a routine can be very therapeutic & is a great way to reduce stress levels. All the best to the young mum in the video 👍
I have to admit I’m a clean freak. Once it’s done then I can relax. I keep a kitchen diary with when I clean each room weekly & another section called extras. This stops me from doing it 24/7. So totally understand. Yes I know I’m a Nob. 😂
It's called OCD. And to be fair good for them. Beats waiting ONE year to see someone at the NHS or being given some funny farm tablets that dnt work.
