From Jack the Ripper to Ted Bundy, why are dead women’s bodies still being used as entertainment?A BBC documentary airing this week will place the Ripper’s victims on a virtual reality dissection table. It just shows how anaesthetised audiences have become to brutalised and raped women I certainly wont be watching. Good question. I find the continued interest in serial killers and their victims as telly entertainment to be utterly morbid. I'm pretty sure war movies where men are killed in their thousands, are used as entertainment too. People have been intrigued by death & sex since god was a lad, and it's probably not going to change. So why don't you chill out a bit trying to be divisive between the sexes?
