A search has been launched on Brighton seafront amid reports of a woman being swept out to sea in Storm Dennis.A Coastguard helicopter used floodlights to scan the surface of the water for more than two hours between the Marina and Palace Pier overnight.Those involved in the search confirmed that they will continue their hunt today now that it is light.
Storm Dennis has triggered amber and yellow warnings across the UK, with a red warning for rain in south Wales.
I live in Hove & won’t go near the sea/beach when the weather is bad. So sad, 🙏🏼
