The Steelmen have been beset by injuries in the forward areas over the past month, but they have moved to strengthen at the back with the arrival of 19-year-old Spencer from the English Championship outfit.
Motherwell manager Stuart Kettlewell told the club website: “Brodie is a real quality player with bags of potential. “With international caps in the senior team at such a young age, it only shows how much quality he’s got."
