A review has been launched into whether the proposed High Speed 2 rail project connecting London to Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds should go ahead, the transport ministry said on Wednesday.
I for one am all for it. It means that when I get to Birmingham I can enjoy the litter and rough sleepers a little longer.
